Growth services, matched to the stage that is leaking

Pick the service that matches your weakest funnel stage, not the one that sounds most exciting. If you don't know which stage is weakest, start with the audit.

We offer five services, and each one is aimed at a specific stage of your funnel. The fastest way to choose is to ask which stage loses the most gross profit today. If you can't answer that with a number, the audit comes first; everything else depends on it.

Growth strategy and funnel audit

The audit answers one question: where is the money leaking? We gather your figures for reach, enquiries, replies, sales and repeat customers, check them against your books, and rank the fixes by expected gross profit per dollar spent. You get a written plan whether or not you hire us for the next step.

Choose it if you have never seen your business as a set of conversion rates, or if you suspect your current marketing reports are flattering you. Details are on the growth strategy page.

Demand generation

Demand generation brings in new buyers through search, paid media and useful content. We size it to what your margins can carry, which often means a smaller, more targeted budget than owners expect.

Choose it when the lower stages are healthy and the only constraint is how many qualified people find you. If enquiries already go cold, more reach makes that worse. See demand generation.

Conversion rate optimization

This is the Conv.ca discipline: research why visitors don't act, write a hypothesis, make the change, then test whether it worked. It covers landing pages, offers, pricing pages, checkout and quote requests.

Choose it when you get steady traffic but a low share of visitors call, text, email or buy. Small businesses with modest traffic can still benefit; we explain how in our guide to testing with low traffic. Full detail on the conversion rate optimization page.

Lead handling, CRM and follow-up

Many Canadian small businesses pay for enquiries and then answer them a day late. This service fixes reply speed, routing, quote follow-up and repeat-customer contact, and it keeps your follow-up within Canada's anti-spam and privacy rules.

Choose it when you get enough enquiries but too few become sales, or when past customers never hear from you again. See lead handling and follow-up.

Analytics and growth reporting

Reporting is the service that keeps the other four honest. We set up tracking for calls, texts, emails and sales, reconcile it with your accounting figures, and deliver one scorecard each month with the five stage rates on it.

Choose it if your ad platforms claim results your bank account can't find, or if you want to judge any agency, including us, on the same numbers every month. See analytics and reporting.

How the services fit together

Think of the five as a loop rather than a menu. The audit picks a target, one of the three execution services works on it, and reporting tells you whether it moved. Then the next weakest stage becomes the target.

A typical first six months looks like this:

  1. Weeks 1–4: audit and tracking fixes, so the baseline is trustworthy.
  2. Months 2–3: work on the single weakest stage, often reply speed or the enquiry rate.
  3. Months 4–6: re-measure, then either keep going on that stage or move to the next one.

The cost of each route is on the pricing page. Not sure where you fit? Call, text or email and describe your numbers in a sentence or two; the contact page lists what to include.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy all five services?

No. Most clients start with one or two. The audit tells you which stage is costing you the most, and we recommend starting there. Some owners keep only the audit and the reporting and run the rest in-house.

Which service do most businesses start with?

The growth strategy and funnel audit, because it is the only one that tells you where the others should be pointed. Owners who already know their numbers well sometimes go straight to conversion work or follow-up.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or staff?

Yes. We often run the audit and the testing while another agency keeps running ads, or train an office manager to handle follow-up. We will say plainly if we think a current vendor's work is the leak.

Is this consulting or a done-for-you service?

Either. Each service can be bought as advice by the hour, as a fixed-scope project, or as ongoing execution on a monthly retainer. The proposal spells out who does what.
